The Approach

Life is not complete when lived only through the body. True wholeness comes from nurturing body, mind, and soul in harmony.

Unfit For Sale

Why this exists: Unfit For Sale emerged from years of observing how modern definitions of success often neglect inner life. The reflections gathered here began in 2022 and took shape slowly, without urgency.

Most men get the "Provider" talk early in life. We're told our value is basically tied to being a human ATM. Feed the family, pay the mortgage, keep the lights on—that's the job.

And sure, that's part of it. But providing without consciousness is just a chore. It's robotic. The real weight of masculine thought is in the check you write; it's in the words you use to describe your feelings.

We all carry these two mirrors in our heads:

1.
The Social Mirror: This is the imaginary crowd in your head. It wants points. It wants you to look like "The Man." It turns a simple act of help into a theatrical performance.
2.
The Thinking Mirror: This is that internal voice that is constantly ranking you. "Does this make me look weak? Does this make me look richer than him?" It's obsessed with safety and status.
